Meet Heidi…

Heidi has experience using Lasso as a customer while working for a homebuilder as an Online Sales Consultant and as Marketing & Customer Experience Director. While working for Lexar Homes, a high-volume home per year “on your lot” builder in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, & North Dakota, Heidi was responsible for the overall corporate marketing strategy and worked with 16 franchise offices to develop local marketing plans. She monitored sales activity, developed training programs for salespersons and the ownership groups, and developed a comprehensive Customer Experience Program to guide clients through the entire process of building a new home. She also launched an online sales program to service all Lexar Homes franchises and trained the sales teams in the effective use of Lasso. What’s your favorite feature about Lasso? Sales processes! Setting up a great sales process can save so much time and organize a salesperson’s day.

What is one word that describes Lasso? Comprehensive. Lasso has features that benefit all aspects of homebuilding – sales, marketing and operations. It’s more than just strictly a sales tool.

What do you enjoy most about being a part of the Lasso Team? I have been a long-time Lasso Lover. It’s exciting to be a part of a team dedicated to helping builders grow. The building industry is so positive and future-facing – Lasso embraces those qualities.
