With more than 30 years in the new home industry, Kerry is known for her enthusiastic and practical approach to increasing customer, sales, and profitability. Kerry has attained the National Association of Home Builders prestigious award of Master of the Institute of Residential Marketing.
New Tradition Homes
Laura Hanson is the Marketing Manager for New Tradition Homes, a family-owned company that has grown to be the largest private builder in Washington State known for their nationally award-winning ENERGY STAR Certified homes. Now with the organization for over 14 years, Laura spent 3 years on the sales floor before making a transition to oversee the marketing department. In her current role she has brought technology into the sales process and has implemented a successful online sales program and CRM system.
Cori Masters has over 5 years of experience as an Online Sales Counselor with proven success. In the past her expertise has helped contribute to over 60% of overall sales. Cori’s multicultural background has allowed her to navigate the industry, helping and understanding buyers of different backgrounds. Currently she works for Beacon Homes in OK while living in Boise ID. Most recently she has been involved in the development of her builder’s Tour Now program and continues to be a part of Online Sales and Marketing team . She believes technology is the ultimate tool for any industry if we know how to use it to bring us together and not to make the process less personalized.
