With over 14 years in sales and marketing for new home builders, Jen Barkan brings additional frontline experience to Do You Convert as an Online Sales Coach. Jen developed and managed the Online Sales Program for Rose & Womble Realty’s New Homes division in Hampton Roads which grew to represent 20 builders and over 45 communities.

In 2016, she was named Online Sales Consultant of the Year by the National Sales and Marketing Council of the National Home Builders Association and was also a Silver Award winner in 2015. Later in 2016, Jen was the recipient of Professional Builder Magazine’s 40 under 40 award.

Now Jen gets to share her passion for online sales as a coach and trainer at Do you Convert. She works directly with online sales teams and builders to help implement or ramp up their online sales position and program. Success for Jen means training and coaching a happy, productive, and contributing online sales specialist that influences their overall sales organization.

Angela McKay has spent much of her career focused on sales, marketing and customer service. Prior to joining Lasso, she spent 10 years working in corporate training, assisting companies with designing and delivering corporate training programs. A creative, outside-the-box thinker, Angela has been instrumental in elevating Lasso’s brand and market presence in the home building industry.

Sara Williams is responsible for new business development, client relationship management, and industry alliances throughout the U.S. Her 10-plus years of new home marketing and sales experience have included roles such as marketing director, marketing coordinator, new home sales manager, and senior new home consultant/online lead specialist. In January 2013, she won the NAHB National Sales and Marketing Council Gold award for Online Sales Counselor of the Year through her work at Heartland Homes.
