At the beginning of July, we will be releasing a new email client in Communication Center. If you send individual emails within Lasso – either at the Registrant Profile or in Communication Center, you will notice some changes to how it looks.
What are the benefits? It’s got a fresher look and a more user-friendly format. You will find it resembles Outlook and some of the web-based interfaces such as Microsoft Mail. You will see some new features including:
- Improved search functionality
- Drag and drop messages to folders
- Out-of-office notification
- Multi-lingual capability
What happens with my existing contacts, email, etc.? Rest assured your contacts and email will be moved from the current email client to the new one and you’ll have access to everything you had before, including folders you have created.
If you have an email signature, it will be accessible in the new email client. If you use multiple signatures, our Support Center will happily assist you to ensure that these signatures are set up as needed. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions.

More Email Marketing Enhancements Coming Soon. Another enhancement coming soon is the release of an email marketing test suite to further improve deliverability, including spam check functionality and a rendering tool so you can see how your emails look in different email client inboxes and mobile devices and make changes to improve how it looks prior to sending.
