Being efficient, attentive, and knowledgeable sets the stage for great customer service. If the customer likes you, trusts you, and knows you give great customer service, you just sold them on the most important qualities they are looking for in a builder. No one wants to buy a home from someone they can’t trust. The OSC is the very first person they encounter – if you drop the ball, the prospect will most likely move on.
