Auto-Reply Emails Now Hosted by Lasso

Lasso can now host the auto-reply emails that registrants receive after they sign up on your website. Previously, auto-reply emails were hosted by the web developer, and required additional steps and time if a client wanted to make changes. Now, Lasso clients can easily create, edit and manage auto-reply emails.


Why This is Important

An auto-reply email, also known as a welcome email, is the first point of contact a sales agent has with an online prospect. This email is sent automatically and accomplishes the following:

  • Welcomes prospects
  • Thanks them for their interest
  • Sets expectations for communication
  • Offers additional information and next steps.

It’s important that auto-reply emails are easily reviewed and quickly edited if necessary. Now, builders and developers can make adjustments in-house, rather than rely on a web developer.


How It Works

Step 1: Create an email template.

Emails are easier to create in Lasso than ever before. With the release of Lasso’s new Design Editor, Lasso clients can create beautiful, responsive emails using easy drag-and-drop functionality.

Step 2: Add the hidden input code to the form.

Once the email template is complete, simply grab the template ID and add the provided hidden input code to the registration form. If a web developer manages your website forms, this is the only step he or she would be involved in. Your Client Director can provide the code and instructions to locate the template ID.
