As part of our LassoU education offerings, Lasso will begin running regularly scheduled CRM training classes. These sessions are ideal for both existing users and those new to an organization who may have missed initial training. The first set is scheduled from February through April, and we will add more sessions in the future.
These 45-minute, live webinars will cover sales and marketing functionality, as well as advanced Sales Representative and Sales Manager training. Information on individual sessions and registration links are below. Register for as many as you’d like!
Sales Representative Training
This course introduces New Lasso Users to the Sales Center. Participants will gain an understanding of Sales Center Home Page elements like Registrant profiles, daily Registrant communication, Registrant activities, Custom Lists, and various standard reports.
Sales Representative Advanced Training
Experienced Lasso Users will learn Sales Center Advanced elements such as managing Registrant duplicates, performing advanced queries and searches, personalizing and exporting reports, changing and creating mail settings, and managing address book contacts.
Sales Manager Training
Sales Managers will gain a better understanding of how the Sales Center is used for managing Sales Representatives and the Project database. Includes Sales Center Home Page elements, Sales Representative Lists, Registrants Profile, database analysis, reporting and project analytics.
This course introduces Lasso Users to Marketing functionality within Lasso CRM. Upon completion, participants will have an understanding of how to send Mass Mail, interpret Mass Mail Reporting, create Email Templates and Self-Serve Registrant Updates (SSRU), create Campaigns and manage Media Spend.
