Lasso users can now attach documents to the Registrant Profile. This new functionality gives sales agents a place to store information about their prospects, REALTORS®, or clients.
With a single click, you can now upload a wide variety of file types (e.g. PDFs, short videos, image files, or Word docs) to ensure you have the most relevant information available.
Suggested files that can be uploaded:
● Floor Plan preferences
● Screenshots of text conversations
● Cost estimates/pricing
● Lot information
● Designer notes/details
● Registration cards and REALTOR® registrations
Each file can be up to 25MB in size.
It should be noted that the new document storage functionality is not suitable for files containing personal information. This includes items such as a picture of a driver’s license or passport, credit card information, or social security number as these documents are not encrypted when uploaded.
To start uploading documents, go to Actions → Document on the Registrant Profile and choose the file from your computer.
