Why Lasso?

Heartland initially deployed Lasso for their online sales counselor (OSC) program in 2010. In just a few months the number of appointments and conversions to sales skyrocketed, resulting in Lasso quickly being rolled out across Heartland’s entire sales team. Heartland has used Lasso to standardize the lead management process for hundreds of leads each month and to create a seamless hand-off from online counselors to the onsite sales teams.
